After the death of Vanessa Guillen, a veterans’ group is sounding the alarm about abuse of women in the military. Saturday, a local veterans’ group came together to demand that more needs to be about sexual abuse and harassment of women serving our country. 
Seeking women who served in the military to participate in a study focusing on your health behaviors and life experiences as a woman Veteran.
Register for a training to educate servicewomen on women’s health care services available from VA after separation from the military. For the safety of participants and trainers, all Women’s Health Transition Training (WHTT) sessions have shifted to a virtual format on Adobe Connect through July. WHTT will be offered twice per day in June and July. Participants are welcome to sign up for any training that fits their schedule.

Chicago Women Leaders is a friendly organization focused on the professional advancement of Metro-Chicago's women business leaders and rising stars. For safety this year our planning committee decided it would be best to transform the usual yearly in-person event into a 12-month experience beginning with a big opening web conference, then monthly web conferences, leading up to a big finale in-person summit a year from now (likely back to the Ritz or Sheraton Grand Chicago) when we can celebrate in safety and get back to sharing ideas in-person. Registration covers the full year including the finale.
