The National Women Veterans United (NWVU) Salutes the legacy of comrade Alyce Dixon who passed away on January 27, 2016. The shoulders that many of us stood on to serve our nation is to be remembered. We must continue to do as comrade Dixon did over the many years that she lived. It is simply to “SERVE” and tell our stories to preserve the contributions of women in military history. We must also pay it forward so that we are not left out of history.
