Secretary Giannoulias is warning Illinoisans to exercise caution and employ best-practices when shopping for a used vehicle. This warning comes amid a rise in fraudulent vehicle purchases across the state.
The Illinois Secretary of State’s Office and the Salvation Army will host a Veterans’ Resource Fair on Thursday, Nov. 7, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the Salvation Army Ray and Joan Kroc Corps Community Center of Chicago, 1250 W. 119th St.
