Prairie State College in Chicago Heights is hosting the Veterans Resources Fair 2017 on Thursday, March 9, 2017. The Service Fair will feature VA Mobile Unit, the Department of Veterans Affairs, housing, legal and educational information, resume writing guides, employment and volunteer opportunities, and more.
Healthy Minds Healthy Bodies 2-day continuing education training workshop. This workshop is designed to give professionals working with injured veterans, up-to-date information regarding veteran topics including veteran culture, general injury (physical and psychological) and disability awareness, barriers (and solutions) in a fitness facility environment, and adapted exercise programming for these individuals.
