For individuals that are U.S. Military Veterans. This event is one of three dance competitions for military couples to participate in to be invited to a grand finale. This event is in partnership with Veterans Upward Bound. One participant per couple must have a DD214 or other military verification to be eligible.

In honor of Women’s History Month, the West Towns (IL) Links Chapter will showcase the "Honoring Our Sheroes: Women in the Military" pilot initiative of the Central Area of The Links, Incorporated. Join us as we recognize the noble women in the United States military. Learn more about their contributions and experiences and local efforts to assist women veterans from a live panel discussion.
Women Veteran artists have been selected to showcase their work at Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Medical Centers around the country in March, to coincide with Women’s History Month.
This program is designed for those interested in women’s issues and health professionals who are interested in educating themselves about diseases and the effects on women’s health.
A panel discussion about the challenges and critical issues facing many returning U.S. military service members and veterans. This event is free and open to service members, veterans, counselors and the clergy.

Join Roll Call Chicagoland for a Post 9/11 veteran roundtable discussing the importance of camaraderie through the lens of personal transition and professional pursuits. With work experiences in the entrepreneurial, non-profit and healthcare sectors, our participants will communicate their lessons, challenges and successes discovered in their post-service journey.
