On Friday, November 10, and Saturday, November 11, 2017, the dentists of the Illinois
State Dental Society want to show Illinois Veterans that they care!

Illinois Veterans are eligible to receive a complimentary dental exam at one of the
participating dental offices in their area. Treatments will be provided free of charge.
Please visit www.illinoisdentistssalute.org to register between October 1 and November 1.

Veterans will be required to enter their name, address, contact information, any medical concerns, and medications they are taking. The veteran will be able to choose one treatment they wish to receive free of charge: cleaning, filling, or extraction, with the dentist determining priority treatment.

The website will then match the Veteran to the closest dental providers in their area using the zip code entered by the Veteran. The Veteran will be able to choose a location and time of appointment that best suits their needs. Both the Veteran and the participating dentist will receive e-mail confirmations of the scheduled appointment.

If Veterans have any questions, they may call 708/222-7141 between 10:00 am -3:00 pm, Monday through Thursday. If they are unable to call during these times, they may leave a voicemail message and someone will return their call.
