PBNM Healthy Cooking, Healthy Eating class

PBNM is thrilled to partner with National Women Veterans United and co-sponsor, Veterans Support Foundation, to offer this cooking class designed to inform, inspire and delight! The class is for women who are CURRENT ACTIVE DUTY military members or who are women military VETERANS. Simply choose the date that is most convenient for you. We honor your service, past or present, and are committed to helping you empower yourself to be your very best, healthiest self. We all have much more control over own health outcomes than we know!
Please note: GUESTS are welcome, but they MUST also either be ACTIVE Duty or Veteran Women!!!! So if you know a qualifying woman you’d like to bring with you, please feel free to include them in your reservation
SPECIAL NOTE: This class actually costs $20 per person attending DUE TO THE FOOD that must be purchased and prepared. HOWEVER, this event is offered FREE to you due to the generosity of the Veterans Support Foundation (VSF) which is covering that cost ON YOUR BEHALF! So please be sure to MARK YOUR CALENDAR!
The class is coordinated and will be taught by Dale Cain of Advocates for Community Wellness, a Nutrition Specialist/Educator and PBNM Certified Cooking Coach
Classes will be held at the National Women Veterans United (NWVU), Sgt Simone A Robinson, Military Women Veterans Center, facility on Pulaski in the LOWER Level.
Minimum Participants: 10
Maximum Participants: 20
